UH’s Major Applewhite tries out BB’s Cafe dish named after him
University of Houston coach Major Applewhite sampled his new featured dish from BB’s Cafe. The Applewhite is blackened catfish covered with shrimp and crawfish étouffée, served with garlic bread. Yum!
