Houston chain cooks up Texas-Cajun flavor with debut of first San Antonio location. This week, Houston-based chain BB’s Tex-Orleans opened doors at its first San Antonio location. Serving up food that’s “Cajun with a Texas twist” BB’s patrons can look forward to a variety of delicious New Orleans-inspired menu items, including top seller “Bedtime in the Bayou” a deep fried shrimp po’boy, plus grillades and grits.
