The dishes that made us famous. Mama B's Shrimp & Grits, Morgan City Pasta, and skirt steak with chimichurri. Southern soul food with a Tex-Orleans twist.
Seafood Entrées

Fresh Gulf seafood prepared the way Houston loves it. Grilled redfish with andouille cream, blackened redfish etouffee, and Chilean salmon with Creole lemon butter.
Fried Seafood Baskets

Classic New Orleans po'boys and a few of our own Tex-Orleans creations on Leidenheimer French bread. From our signature Bedtime in the Bayou shrimp po'boy to the Midnight Masterpiece piled with roast beef debris.

BB's Signature
The dish that made BB's famous. Louisiana crawfish seasoned the Tex-Orleans way, served fresh and hot. Available by the pound or as our legendary 5 Pound Mound, served with corn and potatoes.

Five pounds of seasoned crawfish with corn and potatoes. The only way to do it. Available for dine-in and to-go, all day, every day.

Join us Monday through Friday, 3 to 6pm for discounted drinks and appetizers. Frozen cocktails, draft beer, wine, and half-price oysters. The best way to start your evening.

We’re open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, so you can satisfy your craving for our unique Tex-Orleans flavors, be it Po’Boys or fresh seafood. Start your meal off with one of our Appetizers, like our Cajun Empanadas or our spicy Loaded Pollo Bullets. If you’re looking for a total seafood experience, try The Boil, where you can build your own boil with crawfish, crab, or shrimp. You can have your boil however you like it: the Tex-Orleans Way, Bayou Style, or Citrus Garlic!
