A New Menu Dawns at BB’s Tex-Orleans

If you’ve ever been to a BB’s Tex-Orleans, you know we like to say that we are “Cajun with a Texas Twist”. We’ve been dishin’ up our Tex-Orleans cookin’ for over 15 years now, and we’ve got no plans to stop any time soon. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t revitalize our menu every once in a while, though, does it? We’re unveiling a fresh perspective on Tex-Orleans Cooking while staying loyal to our tried and true roots! Get ready to be blown away by our extensive menu additions and mouthwatering aromas that will have you craving MORE! We wanted to broaden our horizons by expanding our menu to include something for everyone and every craving! We’re keeping our unique creations like the Pollo Bullets, Boudin Flautas, and Cajun Empanadas, but introducing some amazing new YUM like the Morgan City Pasta (a Crawfish Fettuccine Alfredo), Steak South America (a skirt steak with chimichurri sauce), Fish Ceviche, Mexican-style Shrimp Cocktail, and Big Tuna’s Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich! Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to build your own extraordinary boil however you like! In addition to the new menu, we are SO excited to announce the launch of our Monday-Friday, Lunch and Early Dining Menu! This lunch and early dining menu provides exceptional value while still giving you all the flavors you know and LOVE! From 11am to 6pm you can enjoy things like Crispy Fried Fish, South American Tilapia and the Super Greens Salad, just to name a few. We’ll still be serving up our classics like Maw Maw’s Gumbo, Mama B’s Famous Shrimp & Grits, our many overstuffed Po’boys, and so much more. We’re known for combining the flavors of New Orleans together with the culinary soul of Texas but now we’ll have more Tex-American Coastal options! We’re even switching up our Happy Hour food options with some fun new creations like the Boudin Nachos and Fish Ceviche Tostada! Our new menu is designed to satisfy even the most specific craving. There is genuinely something for everyone on our new, expanded menu here at BB’s Tex-Orleans! Gather your Krewe and join us for the flavor party of your life! Our new menu starts on Monday July 17, 2023 at all locations (excluding the OG, BB’s Montrose), and we can’t wait to serve you. We YUM you.
